About this site

This website presents The Oasis, three vacation cabins on a bluff above the White River in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. We keep the descriptions, rates, and photography as accurate as we can, but details can change and nothing here is a binding offer on its own.

Booking and payment

Reservations, payments, deposits, and cancellations are handled by our booking partner, Hosted Journey on the Guesty platform, under its own terms. No payment is taken on this website. The terms shown at the time of booking govern your stay.

Photography and content

The photography on this site is the original work of Louis Short, and the site design, text, and marks are the property of The Oasis and ThatDeveloperGuy.com. Please do not reuse them without permission.

Guest conduct

The cabins are non-smoking, and quiet enjoyment of the bluff is part of what every guest is booking. House rules provided at check-in are part of your agreement to stay.

Liability

The Oasis sits in a natural setting with decks, trails, water, and wildlife. Guests use the property and its surroundings at their own risk, to the fullest extent permitted by Arkansas law.
